We reserve the right to update or discontinue services at any time.

5. Fees & Payments

Success Fee Structure

While most services are free to access, any successful acquisition facilitated via our platform is subject to a success fee ranging from 3% to 10% of the transaction value.

These fees are handled offline through formal engagement processes and contracts.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use offensive, abusive, or illegal language on the platform
Upload or transmit malicious code or software
Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity
Post false, misleading, or unlawful content

We reserve the right to ban or remove users violating our standards.

7. Content & User Submissions

You may post business information and related content. By submitting, you grant xb67.africa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content for operational purposes.

We may remove any content that violates our community guidelines.

8. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect personal and business data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes names, emails, IP addresses, business descriptions, and other relevant data for deal facilitation.

Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

9. Termination

We do not verify all information submitted by users and are not liable for its accuracy
All users are advised to perform due diligence before entering into any business transactions

11. Governing Law

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and in cross-border matters, adhere to standards of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts unless otherwise agreed.
